Research
Conducted quantitative and qualitative research through various surveys. Analyzed the data to identify key user needs and preferences, which informed the app's design and functionality.
User Journey Map
The User Journey Map outlines the user's experience, emotions, and interactions within the app. It helps us identify their needs, pain points, and opportunities, ensuring the app meets their expectations and enhances their experience.
Wireframe
Following the UX research phase, I commenced the development of wireframes. My focus was on skillfully organizing screen elements and establishing an instinctive application structure for optimal user experience.
